The room was clean and welcoming, but it was unfortunate that housekeeping did not clean during our stay, leaving us with dirty towels.

Great breakfast with real china, but noisy early morning wake-up.

I had a memorable experience dining at the bar where I enjoyed the special of the day, a sliced roast beef sandwich. The bar staff were efficient and made me feel welcomed. The location was central for trips around the area, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Coming from New York and being passionate about art history, I appreciated staying in such a historically rich locale.
The Halloween candy ran out quickly at the front desk. The remodeling of the breakfast area was inconvenient during my stay.

I had a lovely four-night stay in a King Room where the comfortable bed made sleeping a dream and the cozy fireplace added a nice touch. There’s a beautiful sun terrace and a relaxing courtyard that made unwinding super easy. Just a heads up, the elevator was out of order, so be prepared for some stairs! 😌

missingWrote a review on 02 Jultasty breakfastconvenient locationdated decorsafety hazardsmall elevator
The breakfast buffet featured crunchy bacon and small chocolate croissants, making for a delightful start to the day. The location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions like West Chester. However, the dated decor and dim lighting in the room left much to be desired, and the small elevator was a challenge for our family of four. Additionally, the step into our room posed a safety risk, contributing to an average experience overall.

I truly appreciated the cozy atmosphere at Inn At Mendehall. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The reading area and breakfast room were clean and welcoming, making my stay very enjoyable.
A larger elevator would enhance accessibility for seniors.

Perfect spot for exploring the Brandywine Valley! Rooms were updated and comfy with delightful views. A lovely stroll takes you to nearby attractions.
Housekeeping? More like a guest's DIY project—my towels were auditioning for a horror film!

While the hotel offers beautiful decor and friendly staff, there were a few letdowns. The breakfast could definitely use some improvement, and soundproofing between rooms seems lacking. Overall, a charming spot with potential, but definitely needs a few adjustments to elevate the experience.
